Group Trips to Italy
Eager to see the world
But nervous to travel alone? Come with me.
Every year I work with tour leaders and operators to plan epic group travel trips all over Italy with a diverse group of travelers, just like you. We’ll meet as strangers but quickly become friends, eating (duh), exploring, and making some core memories around Italy, together.
Leave the trip planning up to us – in addition to having a local tour leader with us the entire trip as well as exclusive local guides for each excursion, we will also handle all the scheduling, communication, and tiny little details so that you don’t have to do ANYTHING but come and enjoy 🙂
If you’re nervous to travel alone, join us
– everyone is welcome.

A Week in Naples & Amalfi Coast
Discover a region where the only thing better than the pizza is the Falanghina wine.
Similar to the boot it’s shaped like, Italy keeps its “soul” on the bottom. Just think of the corner cafes, where you only hear conversations in Italian. When you feast on sfogliatella pastries with a side Primitivo wine, you’ll get a taste for recipes that have been passed down from one generation to the next. Everywhere you look on this week long trip, you’ll find that even though times change, some things stay the same.
Food & Wine: Flavors of Tuscany & Umbria
Taste the rustic flavors of central Italy.
Tucked-away towns make up the core of Tuscany and Umbria, while the cultural capital of Florence offers urban elegance and historic remnants from the Renaissance. From handmade pasta in heavy sauces to locally produced wines from Montalcino and Montefalco, discover the simple, honest flavors for which central Italy’s medieval villages and sweeping countrysides are known for on this Food & Wine Tour.

FAQ’s
My trips are meant for anyone & everyone. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, a pair of friends, or pair of family members, if you are a kind, open-minded human, you are welcome to join my trips.
I promise you that won’t be the case 🙂 My tours are always a healthy mix of solo travelers and couples. No matter what, we come as strangers and leave as a big group of friends – many of my past travelers (many of whom came as solo travelers!) still stay in touch and even travel with each other to this day!
You must be at least 18 to join the tours. That being said, my tours always have a mix of age ranges, everywhere from 18-68! Refer to the first bullet point – if you’re a kind human, you are welcome to join 🙂
The tour price is based on 2 people per room. If you are a couple, pair of friends, or pair of family members that book the tour together, you will be automatically placed in a room together. If you are a solo traveler, you will be automatically placed with another solo traveler in one room (yes, you’ll each have your own bed). Single rooms for solo travelers are available at an added cost, which can be discussed upon booking the tours.
On the date and time the tour is set to go live, refresh the tour page and you will then see a booking form replace the tour launch date info box on the right hand side of the page. Fill out this form and submit – if you’ve snagged a spot, you’ll be notified within 2 hours by an EF representative!
You can request up to 2 spots on the trip.

“I simply loved my trip. I usually travel alone, so was nervous to share my travels with a group. I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me! I loved everything about the trip. Such a great group of people. An itinerary meant I didn’t have to think about what to see, and didn’t have to wait in such long lines for places like The Vatican. Kacie is such a special person and her enthusiasm for life is so uplifting. Our guide, Emilio, was fantastic. I would definitely do another excursion with Kacie.”

“I LOVED my trip! Kacie created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere and our group got along so well because of it! The trip was perfectly planned and every day was better than the last! The pace was perfect – planned events but also plenty of free time and I felt like we got to experience the best of the best. It was the trip of a lifetime!”

“The trip itself was wonderful! Pompeii was nothing like I imagined it – it was so much better! Sorrento was beautiful and was so much fun to explore. My favourite part by FAR was the people. Kacie is even sweeter in person than you’d imagine, and is so excited to get to know each person in the group. She and Vincenzo worked SO hard to make sure we all had the best time and that everything happened smoothly. I know there must have been hiccups along the way, but they handled everything so quickly that we were never aware of them. Our group was absolutely *amazing*. I went for a trip to Italy, hoping I would see some cool history and eat some good food (and we did!). What I didn’t expect was to come home with 22 amazing new friends who I absolutely adore and can’t wait to adventure with again. I’ll be grateful to Kacie for this experience for the rest of my life.”

“Loved every minute! The trips are always planned beautifully and filled with all kinds of fun/enriching activities. I loved all that I’ve learned, eaten, experienced, seen, etc. I will forever recommend traveling with and learning from Kacie. She’s the greatest gem!! I’m not a morning person, but what Kacie has planned is always worth it. Just remember to bring backup comfy shoes, Dramamine (sometimes bus rides or the plane ride over can make you a little nauseous), try fitting everything in just a carry on and personal bag, read Kacie’s tips on packing for the weather, and bring plenty of euros.”

“I had the most amazing time with Kacie during our trip to the Amalfi Coast. She was exactly as I had hoped – friendly, funny, smart and welcoming – and she put together a great trip. She also drew a great bunch of travelers who are now my travel friends – a great group of people who were easy going, funny and inclusive . The trip was well organized with scheduled events and tours as well as some downtime to explore on your own. The local guides were so informative and gave great details on the places we visited. I would highly recommend a tour with Kacie and look forward to booking another one! Ciao Bella!”

“I LOVED this trip so much. We had the best time, everything felt so perfectly curated. We never felt rushed or forced to do anything during the trip and felt we had the perfect amount of group activities mixed in with time to do our own thing when we wanted. The people we traveled with were great and Kacie and Emilio are the SWEETEST. Couldn’t have asked for a better group trip to a place I’ve dreamed about traveling to.”

“I loved both trips! Kacie finds so many cool spots for us to visit and learn about Italian culture and history. I loved that both trips had a food tour (delicious!) through the classic old part of town. The best part about Kacie’s group trips is that it pushes me outside of my comfort zone to try something new and different that I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. I’ve biked on the ancient walls of Lucca, visited wineries, and climbed a volcano (!!) – all amazing experiences I wouldn’t have signed up for by myself but I’m so proud that I’ve done. Kacie is also a SWEETHEART and the best!! She really wants everyone on her trips to have the best time and is so kind and thoughtful.”

“We had the BEST trip with Kacie to Naples and the Amalfi Coast! It was such a treat to have everything planned out for you and to not have to stress over logistics. We felt like VIPs everywhere we went and every experience was truly special. On top of that, Kacie is a fabulous host and an absolute angel to be around. She paved the way for our incredible, magical group to come together and have just the most special trip. I can’t wait to travel with Kacie again!!”

“I absolutely LOVED traveling with Kacie. She’s exactly as you think she’ll be in person as she is in her videos. She’s a constant host anticipating any needs, keeping the group engaged, and just provides this awesome energy. The activities were well planned out and paced through the trip. She was always there to offer insight and advice on where to eat, shop, check things out. She also encouraged us to live our trip the way we wanted to enjoy. There’s zero surprise to me that her tours sell out like they do, she’s an absolute gem to travel and spend time with in Italy! Andiamo!”

“The trip was better than I could have imagined. I was nervous to travel with a group of people I didn’t know, but we all quickly became friends and they are now some of my best friends! The two agroturismos we stayed at were spectacular. The views were beautiful I could definitely go back and spend a week relaxing there. It was so nice to have a vacation where I didn’t have to plan everything and I could just relax and enjoy the moment as everything was taken care of. I would absolutely take another trip with Kacie.”
